Distributors Wanted

Exclusive Distributorship Agreement with Tanggula Pharmaceuticals for MOBIX
3 October 2006

Xing Ling signed an exclusive distributor agreement for the Singapore market with Chinese manufacturer Tanggula Pharmaceuticals for its key product, SaiLongGu (塞隆骨).

Successfully launched in China in Quarter 1 2006, SaiLongGu will be re-branded as Mobix (Brand Owner: Xing Ling International Pte Ltd) in Singapore. We expect the Singapore approval for Mobix to be granted in Q4 2006.

The product is backed by several human clinical trials, demonstrating its efficacy for rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, general joint pains as well as rheumatism. Based on legally protected intellectual property rights, it is extracted and compounded from Myospalax Bailey.

Rheumatism-related products form a significant market both in Singapore and around the world, given the trend of an aging population, and Mobix should enable us tap this lucrative and fast growing market segment.
