Xing Ling - About Us

The management team of Xing Ling International has significant experience in the areas of pharmaceutical products, marketing and sales, product distribution and financial management. Below are the key personnel of the management team:

Mr Sandt has an MBA from the Koblenz Business School in Germany and has held various positions with Commerzbank in Europe and Singapore between 1994 to 2000. His last held position with the bank was Manager, Capital Markets and Syndications. In 2000-2003, he was Managing Partner at TFG Venture Capital (Asia) Pte Ltd in Singapore. In 2004-2005, he became Senior Partner with Aegis Private Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore. Since Sept 2005, Mr Sandt has been the CEO of Orchid Capital Ltd.

Mr Ng has more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience in Singapore's pharmaceutical sector, having worked with medical giants like Pfizer and Novartis. From 1995-1999, he was a sales representative at Pfizer, marketing both patent and off-patent medicine to general practitioners, specialists, surgeons, hospitals and pharmacies. He played a part in successful product launches including blockbusters like Viagra. During his tenure with Novartis from 2000-2004, he was involved in budget planning, sales projections, market analysis, A&P Planning, ROI calculations, stock rolling forecasts, merchandising, monitoring SKU profitability, staff training and logistics coordination. He was also instrumental in Novartis's key account management programme and was in charge of liaising with key distributors. In 2004, he joined Apricot Distribution Network as Executive Director and was involved in both local and overseas strategic partnership development ventures. Today, he manages Xing Ling's local and overseas business development portfolio, runs the sales and marketing team, as well as manages the overall operations of the company.

Ms Seow graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Psychology from the National University of Singapore in 1995. From 1995-2003 she was involved in corporate and marketing communications work and was also the editor of a regional publication. Ms Seow founded Teleios Pharma in 2002, a Singapore based company that dealt with pharmaceutical and supplements distribution to the Western medical sector. In September 2004, she joined Apricot Distribution Network as Product Manager, marketing its range of supplements to general practitioners and pharmacies while continuing to run Teleios Pharma. Teleios was acquired by Xing Ling in 2005. Today, she is in charge of Xing Ling's product development portfolio, in terms of marketing and re-branding these products to suit local and overseas distribution. She also handles all product registration matters.
